This is my lunch today.....

Nicole Raisin Stern is the reason why I made this posting....she´s made a very beautiful posting of several of her meals.....click here to see them.



Home early from work......made myself some lunch of fried potatoes, fried mushrooms and some green spinach.....beside some creme-fraiche with green spice and a Tuborg Classic beer, a danish beer....an ordinary beer but very tasty....

In the vase is my favorite flower...it´s the flowers from chives....though it wasn´t in the food....

    yes! They´re just so lovely and beautiful these chive flowers and nice hearing that I´m not the only one who adores them......there´s some on the meadow where I live, that looks a bit like the chive flower, and they come in a vase too, once in a while...but the chives...they are naerby in my garden all the time...
